You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. This excludes paints that have been tinted or color matched. See product warranty for paints.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or by check at our discretion. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or by check being mailed out within 15 days via USPS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You can cancel any order prior to it going into process. Once placed in process, the only part of the order that can be canceled is any product that has not been colored yet, or specially orders if they have not gone into the manufacturing process. A full or partial refund will be mailed to you via a business refund check. If product has been manufactured or colored already, there will be no refund on those items. You will be notified of the status and if the cancellation is still desired, the refund will only be on those products that have not been colored or completed manufacturing. Shipping will be refund as you have not used that. If only part of the order is canceled and the portion of the product manufactured or colored is to be shipped; we will refund the remaining amount of funds not used.
